that spear looks like a handful. powerful though.

My only problem with 6.8x51 is that it weighs 3x more than 5.56 meaning you can carry less ammo. But it's a great gun. I think they should have prioritized a lighter grenade launcher and issued it to everyone. If we're fighting china and they have millions of guys, grenades will make a way better impact than high-speed bullets. But hey, i'm just a dumb army intel retiree.

Im putting these on my older pistols like my xdm 3.8 with 19 rds. And older glocks. 100 bucks is pricey, but hey, i dont have to send them out and still can have an optic. Great invention.

Can’t remember where I first saw it (!), but these saws fit great in a USGI Molle Pop Flare pouch.

Had this for about 3 years now and have really liked it, mainly used around the house for pruning etc but i have abused it and its well worth the purchase.

Just was using mine this morning to do some tree pruning, keep it in my truck great tool !

I have owned and used a couple of these for years. I tried a silky but it got in a bind once and the blade snapped. You would break the blade on this saw. You won’t be building a log cabin with it but it is great for firewood and camp chores

I was taught when limbing a tree to stand on the opposite side of the trunk. I have a Silky Super Accel Z1. It works for me. Never tried it in super cold weather. I have seen numerous comparisons between Sily and Bahco, but don't recall anyone testing them in real cold weather. Most people get in trouble with Silky because they want to push them. Like most Japanese tools, they are meant to be pulled. I have not had a chance to try a Bahco; hoping one of their advocates will mail me a free one. I don't care which one people use, just glad choices exist.

Laplander is the goat. I have fixed tent stakes for GP mediums, cut down small trees for EA dev, and of course cut firewood and downed trees. With one of these, a medium sized fixed blade, and an e-tool you can pretty much do anything. I use an older condor UMP mag pouch to house mine. Perfect fit.

Ruger essentially makes this now from the factory. They call it the Ruger American "Silver". Comes with the Magpul stock. 16.1" in 308. 18" in 6.5CM. Threaded. Looks more like a bull barrel. non-tapered. It's about $800. I'm thinking it's cheaper getting it with the stock on it already and no barrel cutting/threading. Seems like an interesting concept. Shortish barrel on a bolt gun, so very appealing to can owners. I wanna pick one up since it's so affordable. I'm having trouble finding a weight on it though. Could be very useful in situations where you're on the move, need something light, quiet (for super sonic anyway), maneuverable, etc... There's no videos about it though.

So when you say you’re going to be putting it on the honey badger….SOON does that mean like sometime in the next 3 years??? 8 months after video we have no clue when we will be getting this.

Great video man! One other thing that I cannot recommend enough to fellow shooters. Go RO a match! Whether PRS or NRL Hunter… go RO. I RO’d and NRL Hunter and learned more way more than I did shooting one. Watching folks cycle through your stage and you clearly see what works and what clearly doesn’t.

Ran across these a few weeks back, and thought I would get one. Down side is the sizing chart is STUPID! The chart lists by brand, not diameter of light head, and with only a limited selection of brands. Customer service never responded to my questions or comments on this issue, so I haven't purchased one yet. Tell em to get it together Ivan!

Dont put the light cover near a port on a muzzle brake. Stupid experiment (as I almost always run a can) but wanted to see what happened. The shock cord didn't last 10 rounds from a 16" AR10. Ha ha. To piggy back with what Ivan said, I highly recommend getting the shock collar for a light cap. Great product. Every 'fighting' rifle I have has their light cap.
